About the Author
James Kelly was born in Southern Ontario and grew up rafting on the river in his back yard in the summer and playing hockey on that same expanse in the winter.
James had a Great Horned owl as a pet growing up.
His Huck Finn, Harry Potter childhood was tempered with weekends touring local museums and forts with his family and soaking up the plethora of Canadiana the area holds.
A fifteen time Ironman triathlon finisher, James lives life with the attitude that nothing is impossible.
His new book, Booster is a lively tale of one child’s life of crime in the dreary streets of Toronto during the 1920’s.
“Its a great easy read with lots of the authors cynical humour. I couldn’t wait to find out what would happen on the next page.”
Ken Eddy
“I was surprised at how the simplicity of the writing brought out the feel of the period.
